ARRIVAL

(FOR DAY 1 , 30th April.. Sessions starting at 5pm) 

Participants are expected to be on site not before 3.30 pm, as the registration counter will open by 3.30 pm only. We can only then give your accommodation.

EARLY ARRIVAL OPTION (EAO) 

You may plan to arrive on the 30th April anytime from 10 am for the conference that begins in the evening, FOR TAKING TIME TO REST AND REFRESH. (Tea at 10am and Lunch will be provided). 

Get in touch through WhatsApp and let us know you are taking the (EOA) and also let us know the exact time of your arrival on site and who will be there. You must get a confirmation from us on WhatsApp.

Claret Nivas CAMP SITE has two entrances. 

FRONT GATE and BACK GATE  

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO COME INTO THE CAMPSITE BY THE FRONT GATE WHICH FACES THE SARJAPUR ROAD. THE BACK GATE IS USUALLY CLOSED. 

Google might direct you to the BACK GATE…… but please follow the map shown AND DO NOT TAKE THE ROADS SHOWN THAT YOU MUST NOT. 

 

Its good to show this map to the CAB DRIVER before you start the journey. 

 

Those coming from Bangalore City….. Go over the flyover……. take the u turn when the flyover ends to your left……. and then……… take the right turn to the road leading to the site. 

 

Those coming from Attibelle , Hosur side to the Sarjapur Road…... DO NOT TAKE ANY ROADS to the right , as may be shown…….. instead keep going and before you get over the Sarjapur flyover, TAKE THE SERVICE ROAD to the left, with DECATHELON coming on your left. Take a u turn UNDER THE BRIDGE, and then QUICKLY about after 20m turn to the left into the dirt road that leads to CLARET NIVAS.
