NOTE:
1. Please make bookings in advance. For some helpful details go through TRAVEL page.
2. Please bring ID proof of each member who are attending the camp. (Aadhar / PAN). It is mandatory in places of stay these days.
3. CONFIRMATIONS are NON-TRANSFERABLE.....
Please plan to attend the full conference and ONCE YOU ARRIVE...... YOU MUST PLAN TO STAY TILL THE END. If you don't you may block someone who may want to attend for the whole conference.
4. There will be NO SPOT REGISTRATIONS on site strictly.
COST FOR THE CONFERENCE
Food and Stay cost estimated would be roughly around 3300/- per participant for the conference.
For all PARTICIPANTS from BANGALORE (RESIDENTIAL), (NON-RESIDENTIAL) AND THOSE FROM OUTSTATION…
You are free to send in any contribution MORE OR LESS towards the conference expenses, as much as you POSSIBLY CAN, DEPENDING ON YOUR ABILITY.
Please consider payments for children above 6 years as well when registration is done. The rest will be subsidized by us. WE ARE HAPPY THAT YOU CAN COME. Let funds not be a limitation for attending the conference at all.
No refunds will be possible once donated... please consider it as a donation for a good cause.
Travel to and from the conference (Train / Cabs / Auto / Flights) WILL BE the responsibility of the participants.
SIGNING UP STEPS:
A. Enroll (each person separately) even small children as the form directs.
B. IF your application is ACCEPTED, we will send you a CONFIRMATION MAIL with ONLINE PAYMENT DETAILS.
C. Make the ONLINE PAYMENT.
D. Await PAYMENT and SIGN-UP CONFIRMATION, with unique camp ID. Only then you have completed your registration. Only registered participants can attend.
E. DIRECTIONS and INSTRUCTIONS, will be sent to ACCEPTED Participants.
