ACCOMMODATION
ON CAMPUS STAY DETAILS (RESIDENTIAL PARTICIPANTS)
1. We have 2 and 3 bed rooms with attached bathrooms on site, beyond which we will be able to provide some dormitory accommodation for singles. The accommodation team will decide the room allocation.
2. We recommend couples to attend the conference without their children.
This will help you to take 2 days off to be in undistracted quietness and with each other.
3. If you are a student attending Wingspread conference, kindly inform your parents. Please note that the wingspread team will not take responsibility for your whereabouts.
4. Young people above 17 years may attend, if they are spiritually prepared to do so.
IF YOU HAVE TO COME WITH CHILDREN....
During sessions, being a conference for adults, we do not allow kids and teens in the meeting hall.
Families are usually accommodated in the same room and extra mats (on the floor) will be provided for children. Most rooms have 2 beds. In case of any change in the arrangements please bear with us while we try to do the best possible.
If you are coming with children, please note that while there may be people to take care of them during sessions, ultimately taking care of them would be your responsibility. Kindly keep that in mind.
NON-RESIDENT CAMPERS
Those who are attending the conference as nonresidents, please make sure that you are there on site during all session hours, though you may not be staying there.
Please do join us for all the meals and fellowship with others.
