ACCOMMODATION
ON CAMPUS STAY DETAILS (RESIDENTIAL PARTICIPANTS)
1. We have 2 and 3 bed NON A/C rooms with attached bathrooms on site, beyond which we will be able to provide some dormitory accommodation for singles. The accommodation team will decide the room allocation.
2. Families are usually accommodated in the same room and extra mats (on the floor) will be provided for children. Most rooms have 2 beds. In case of any change in the arrangements, please bear with us while we try to do the best possible. You may consider attending the conference as couples without your kids too. The choice is yours.
3. If you are a student attending Wingspread conference alone, you must be above 18 years. Kindly inform your parents. Please note that the Wingspread team will not take any responsibility for your whereabouts.
4.There are no sessions for teens or youth planned as of now... they need to join the main sessions. One exclusive interactive session on Parenting for Parents attending is planned on 3rd Morning.
FAMILIES ATTENDING WITH KIDS ....
During sessions, (messages especially) mothers with babies are allowed in the hall only if the child can be managed without making noise, not running around and distracting anyone, or asleep. We are very very particular about this.
If you are coming with children, there will be sessions for them done from age group 4 years to 12 during session times. However, ultimately taking care of them would be your responsibility. Kindly coordinate with the team responsible for kids.
Child care will be the responsibility of parents at all times. There will be a team of people handling sessions FOR THOSE between (4 to 12 years) during session timings only. At all times especially after that, and free times, pl watch over your kids as there are a few water bodies on the site.
NON-RESIDENT CAMPERS
Those who are attending the conference as non-residents, please make sure that you are there on site during all session hours, though you may not be staying there. Please do join us for all the meals and fellowship with others.
